by far the best night so far...red hot blues cafe....best music, great food, then the 3 of us came back to our hostel (which is also awesome) and played cuss card charades (dont ask.) we have 2 cool australian girls as dorm mates...thats all for now...its so early in the morning and im still not completely sure what the plan is for today....every single person we have run into has gone to budapest hungary and said it is completely unbelievably awesome....but most likely we are heading to berlin, also said to be awesome. we are scratching oktoberfest....which is fine....it would be way too crazy with huge bags and no definite place to stay. hope everyone is great!! go sox!!

Yipee for Manny....ninth inning... score tied 3 to 3...KRod pitching & they walk David Ortiz to pitch to Manny....Manny hits the walkoff home run OVER the Green Monster & out to the street.... and the best part is the Yankees lost against to the Indians..... :)
I'm back from FL w/Debbie. It's so cool that the internet has made it possible to keep in touch with each other. The laughs will keep you going. Everything makes good memories, things to talk about forever. Glad you're all ok. Honey is worried that Dan will come back skinnier than ever from not eating! Food is a big part of the cultural experience! Be sure to mention food in your blog so I can re assure her you are not starving!!HA, you know Honey.

Sounds like great fun! Different sights, sounds and food. You'll meet so many wonderful people. Oktoberfest sounds like it would have been crazy, I'm sure you'll find some relaxing, fun places in Germany. Went to Trinity Brewery last night and talked about more Italy details. I'm so darn excited!!! Can't wait to see you guys and share the experience with Josh, Mom and Dad!

Hi !!! It's me, mom. We are just figuring this all out. It's so exciting to hear your daily going abouts. Thank you Mariel for keeping us up to date. I was bummed I missed your phone call Ryan, but Dick was psyched to receive it. Am so glad all is going well,(except for the throw up sandwich)and that you are already experiencing the sites smells and tastes of the region. Pictures, Pictures, Pictures Ryan please!!! Eva has called wondering what the plan is, so please call her. She is excited for you to visit her. Grandpa's 80th bday was great. Lots of family (tons of little ones running around...) food, fun and big bonfire and even Uncle D's fireworks extravaganza.. Uncle Harry got a little silly...We are going to see Grandma and Grandpa today. Grandpa Purdy is VERY interested in getting reports back, especially Germany and France. Yipee for Manny again; another HOME run...Schilling was terrific. the sox won 8 to 0... they don't play again til Friday... Don't know who yet... Yankees are beating the Indians 8 to 4.. But they are down in the series 2-1 to Cleveland... the Pats also won and Mariza was amazing... I laughed, I cried (alot).. she stole my heart.... she held the Z crowd spellbound...

Hi kids, mom again. So excited about this blog thing I thought I would check again and see if there is anything new posted.
